HMS 1/2 (90/10) Scrap as per ISRI 200-206. Shredded Steel Scrap as per ISRI 211. P&S Scrap as per ISRI 231-232. Final at loading port. Quality inspection to be performed during loading by the mutually agreed independent surveying company. Cargo loaded must not contain incinerated material. Total 0.50% impurities will be accepted without penalty; however, the value of any quantity between 0.50% and 1.50% will be deducted from the invoiced weight. Material containing impurities over 1.50% will not be loaded onto vessel and cargo subject to rejection. Weight at load port shall be determined by Draft Survey carried out by the same inspection company as for the Quality inspection. Oversize and Off-grade material allowed up to 1%. Over 1% will be rejected. Weights of all grades will be determined by intermediate draft survey. Any piece over 1 Mt is not allowed.

Excessively dirty part of stockpile will not be loaded without shaking and magneting. Bottom of stock piles up to 1.5 meters shall not be
loaded on to the vessel unless cleared by the independent inspection company as being free of excess impurities and suitable for loading.   

HMS 2 in total cargo will be max 10%. If the HMS 2 is over 10%, the cargo will be rejected.

Max 3% ISRI 204 allowed in the total HMS 1/2. If the percentage of ISRI 204 in HMS 1/2 material is over 3%, the cargo will be rejected.

For Shredded steel scrap – Copper to be max 0.25% or less.

Cargo must not contain sealed containers, cylinders, plastic materials, car tires, scale, machine shop turnings, ordnance, (cannon or artillery,
military weapons, equipment ammunition etc.) tin can bundles, slag rocks turning oily and chemically contaminated materials, wood and medical wastes.
